We are in search of physicians who are deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of medical professionals. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for education and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional patient care. Excellent communication and teaching skills are essential, along with a keen interest in scholarly pursuits and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an MD degree or its equivalent, along with a minimum of three years in an ABIM-recognized Internal Medicine residency. A valid medical license in Maryland and American Board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine are required. Interest in quality improvement initiatives, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and curriculum development is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
This is a daytime role with variable hours based on clinical responsibilities, with the expectation that up to 100% of shifts will involve teaching duties.
