We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Summit Management Group, Inc.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for leasing apartments in our multifamily community. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective residents to show available apartments and answer questions
  • Create effective advertising campaigns to attract new residents
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and rent payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential residents

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in housing marketing or leasing
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
