Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wingspan Care Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company buildings and property, utilizing tools and equipment as needed.
  • Assist in locating, diagnosing, and correcting maintenance-related problems.
  • Operate and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, including cleaning and repairing machinery.
  • Collaborate with other employees to complete tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscaping.
  • Ensure impacted areas or assigned workspaces are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional training in skilled areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or HVAC desirable.
  • Five years of demonstrated maintenance experience in the commercial, residential, or healthcare sector is preferred.
  • A valid Ohio driver's license is required, with some local travel between sites.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills, are essential.
