About the Opportunity

Avel eCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care through advanced medical services.

Working in a collaborative environment, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also lead within the professional practice setting and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care through the utilization of the nursing process.
  • Lead within the professional practice setting and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Engage in performance evaluations, professional development, and efforts to improve nursing practice.
  • Incorporate healthcare technology and telemedicine systems into your nursing practice to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Make decisions in alignment with the ANA's code of ethics, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse license in at least one state.
  • Experience in the Emergency Room (ER) or hospital setting.
  • Certification in a specialty (preferred).
