IT Manager

CFS Technology, a leading IT staffing solution, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a key role in supporting our client's Information Technology Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of a new ERP system
• Provide hands-on technical support to ensure seamless system operation
• Lead a team of IT professionals in different locations, fostering collaboration and expertise
• Research and plan upgrades and maintenance of current infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Work closely with executive-level employees to drive company growth through strategic technology initiatives
• Train staff on the latest market trends and technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with both onsite and remote employees, ensuring clear understanding and alignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in IT
• Proven experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure
• Experience working in a multi-site organization, with strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to present to executive-level employees and work efficiently independently or as part of a team
