Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Flex Associate to join our Distribution team at Nokian Tyres. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate logistics equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, identifying any damage or discrepancies.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, handling products weighing up to 85lbs.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring optimal storage and accessibility.
  • Compile and submit regular reports on inventory levels, damaged goods, and other relevant metrics.
  • Assist in verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products.
  • Notify leadership of inventory and supply shortages, and assist in periodic inventory counts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Basic computer data entry skills and ability to operate logistics management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 35lbs, with mechanical assistance as needed.
