We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships with clients, and assisting with banking needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Clients with a Warm Welcome
  • Provide Exceptional Client Service
  • Assist Clients with Banking Needs
  • Process Teller Transactions
  • Establish Client Relationships
  • Create and Issue Debit Cards
  • Process Night Deposits and Mail Deposits
  • Handle Large Sums of Currency and Coin
  • Assist with Opening and Closing of Cash Vaults
  • Learn and Comply with CFSB Policies and Procedures
  • Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
