  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, cost baselines, and OBS structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Management: Foster a high-performing team, facilitating commitment, productivity, and removing obstacles to achieve project goals.
  • Quality and Environmental Management: Implement and manage quality and environmental processes, focusing on meeting SPI and CPI performance indicators.
  • Third-Party Project Management: Manage projects involving third-party customers and interconnecting customers, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Accountability and Responsibility: Oversee cost/budgeting, communication, change, schedule, construction, commissioning, risk, regulatory, and stakeholder management, ensuring project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years in large-scale projects program management for utility businesses.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer License and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (under Avangrid approval).
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
