Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or in testing centers.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities, as well as collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of hire
- State licensed in California, obtained before hire
- A competitive salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 based on a full-time schedule
