We are looking for a part-time Healthcare Scribe / Assistant to join our dynamic clinic focused on integrative and functional medicine. The responsibilities of this role encompass:

• Documenting patient interactions during consultations and examinations
• Facilitating communication regarding laboratory requests
• Managing data entry tasks and maintaining organized records
• Handling correspondence through fax and email
• Conducting follow-up calls with patients
• Assisting with minor research initiatives
• Supporting treatment procedures and maintaining a tidy office environment

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 28 to 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will also provide occasional coverage for front desk operations during breaks.
