Welder Specialist

Unistress, a leading precast company in North America, is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

• Perform welding tasks to assemble and repair structural components
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Clean and prepare work sites to eliminate hazards
• Read and understand production drawings, plans, and instructions

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 years of welding experience with full certifications
• 1-3 years of carpentry, mechanical, manufacturing, production, or laborer-related experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic measurements and ability to use a tape measure

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting at least 40 pounds, frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing.
