The successful candidate will be responsible for functional testing of 300+ interactive letters currently built utilizing Version 9 Exstream + Message point. The integration/triggers begin in SIB systems called ARES and MAC. The goal is to modernize to a FULL Message point cloud solution. All content, design, orchestration, rules for 300+ letters will be updated. The user experience for the Message point interactive portal needs to remain the same (or better) as today. Reporting and any other aspects outside of the document composition will be also built by vendor (QA for the reporting will be involved here to an extent). New functionality will be built in - DocuSign, perhaps more digital delivery features, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional testing of 300+ interactive letters
Modernize integration/triggers in SIB systems called ARES and MAC
Update content, design, orchestration, rules for 300+ letters
Ensure user experience remains the same (or better) as today
Collaborate with vendor to build reporting and other aspects outside of document composition
Develop new functionality in DocuSign and other digital delivery features

Requirements:
12-14 years of experience in software testing or related functions
3-4 years of CCM (customer communications management) experience
5+ years of experience in software automation testing, designing and supporting automation with Selenium & Java scripting
Adept in creating and maintaining automation frameworks via API and GUI-based approaches
Technical Stack - Automation, Selenium, Java, API Testing, GUI, SDET, engineer in test
Knowledge in tools like Query Surge, PractiTest, Orchestrator, JIRA is an added advantage
