Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily logs and document activities, ensuring accurate timekeeping and task management.
  • Establish and maintain a running list of tasks and activities on the job site, ensuring effective project planning and organization.
  • Review project schedules daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, plans, and budget.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing projects effectively, demonstrating the ability to manage your team's tasks for up to one week in their absence.
  • Perform general carpentry tasks as required, upholding a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in construction documentation and proficiency in architectural finishes.
  • Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations is a plus.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the construction field.
