About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team at Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional electrical services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to customers' homes and businesses on time, equipped with the necessary knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips, and techniques for damage prevention, providing expert advice on optimizing system function.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair/replace wiring, outlets, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components.
  • Utilize various tools, including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, circuit testing equipment, and more.
  • Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including performance standards and preventive maintenance expertise.
  • Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.
  • Supervise and mentor Apprentice Electricians as needed.
  • Document, in detail, the outcome of every work order.
Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand technical instructions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in electrical services.
  • Knowledge of code requirements and safety practices concerning electrical work.
  • Accurate diagnostics ability and excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to apply necessary software tools for plumbing duties.
  • Applicable state and local electrical licenses.
