The Cauldron Co. is seeking an experienced server to join our team as a Potion Master. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding guests through a unique cocktail-making experience, utilizing improvisation and theatrical presentation to create an immersive environment.

• Maintain a presence on the floor, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Sell food and drinks to enhance the guest experience, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of quality and consistency in our products and services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in mixology, customer service, and team dynamics.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a server in an upscale casual or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, particularly cocktails, with bartending experience preferred.
• Live performance experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• A genuine interest in fantasy and immersive experiences is essential.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and team-oriented mentality.
• ServSafe and BASSET certifications for the State of Illinois required.
