We are seeking an experienced NCLEX Specialist to join our team at Western Carolina University (WCU). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive NCLEX Success Plan to support the academic success of our nursing students.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive NCLEX Success Plan that aligns with WCU's academic goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing students on test-taking strategies and content knowledge
  • Collaborate with faculty members to integrate NCLEX preparation into the curriculum
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
