Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Southern Physical Therapy Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions, including general orthopedics, neurological cases, and hand and upper extremity cases. The majority of the caseload will be pediatrics-focused, and the ideal candidate will have an interest in working with children.

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including general orthopedics, neurological cases, and hand and upper extremity cases
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments

• Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• No experience required - new grad OTs will be considered
• Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time and/or PRN candidates with 16 hours and two weekdays of availability per week will also be considered
