We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at Nature's Touch Inc.

Job Summary:

The High Reach Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely and accurately operating a High Reach Forklift in a minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in operating a Reach Forklift in a Freezer environment and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and inventory experience for cycle counting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a High Reach Forklift to move pallets with food-product within the freezer
  • Put away pallets with food-product in the freezer
  • Check and count freight for accuracy
  • Take Stock Counts as needed
  • Direct product to the correct area in the warehouse
  • Assist the production room in staging items as needed
  • Transfer raw material, Finished Goods, and packaging between warehouse areas to support production planning
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data

Requirements:

  • Current Forklift Certification
  • Minimum four years of experience in Operating a Reach Forklift in a Freezer environment
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Food-Products
  • Must have inventory experience for cycle counting
  • Experience with scanning, WMS, and Warehouse layout
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
