At LINX Camps, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors and Lifeguards. Located in the MetroWest area, our camp offers a wide range of programs for children of all ages.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children. As a Camp Counselor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for creating a safe and fun environment for our campers. This includes leading activities, supervising groups, and providing support and guidance when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in activities and games with campers
  • Supervise groups during meals, breaks, and free time
  • Provide support and guidance to campers as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all campers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $$$16.50-$18.00 per hour**, depending on experience. Our camp season typically runs from 6-9 weeks, with hours of operation from 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. We also provide FREE camp for your kids and help pay for your ARC certification/recertification.
