Job Title: Merchandiser Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have a passion for retail and a desire to work with a variety of products? We are seeking a Merchandiser Specialist to join our team

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser Specialist will be responsible for merchandising products in retail stores, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure products are available for customers.
  • Face and merchandise products on store shelves to create an attractive display.
  • Receive and distribute marketing materials to stores, including promotional displays and point-of-purchase materials.
  • Install and maintain promotional displays and point-of-purchase materials in stores.
  • Reset displays and product areas as needed to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone with data and internet access.
