Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests, adhering to all RCSH specifications and procedures.
  • Manage the bar area, including setting up and cleaning the bar, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests, making beverage suggestions, and answering questions about food and beverage service.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments for food and beverages sold.
  • Support other Front-of-House positions as needed, providing a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
Work Environment

Work is performed in a restaurant environment, with exposure to loud noises, fumes, odors, dust, and smoke. Temperature extremes range from working near 1800-degree Fahrenheit to working in a walk-in freezer of -10 degree Fahrenheit.
