Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at HealthPark Pediatrics. As a key member of our clinical department, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our board-certified physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a representative of the patient's medical home team
  • Documenting patient care services and maintaining accurate records
  • Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
  • Ensuring the operation of equipment and performing routine maintenance
  • Maintaining patient charting, testing, and flow sheets with accurate knowledge of medical terminology

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • MA certification/registration with the state of North Carolina
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, phlebotomy techniques, and electronic medical charting
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
