Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure tax compliance for a varied client portfolio, maintaining accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Keep abreast of tax law changes to ensure compliance and provide proactive guidance.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve overall firm performance.

Qualifications:
  • CPA license or EA along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax accounting, particularly in public accounting.
  • Experience in tax preparation for individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, and basic non-profit tax work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
