We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical or Occupational Therapist with a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification to join our dynamic team at H2 Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, focusing on the evaluation and treatment of upper extremity conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with upper extremity conditions.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes and improving patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in hand therapy, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
  • Eligible or active state license to practice.
  • Prior experience in outpatient clinic is preferred, but not required.
