CVOR Nurse Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Nurse to join our team at Tenet-AZ Region. As a CVOR Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and rendering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit
  • Coordinates care planning with other disciplines
  • Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care
  • Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals
  • Participates in hourly rounding
  • May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s)
Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • 1 year hospital experience
  • ACLS as applicable by Facility
  • ER, ICU, Endoscopy, Tele, Cardiac Cath Lab, L&D: ACLS required upon orientation completion
  • Postpartum, Nursery, L&D: NRP required upon orientation completion
Preferred Certifications/Registration:
  • OR: ACLS
