We are seeking experienced individuals who want to work independently and earn a predictable income. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Mortgage lenders require regular updates on their properties, and we need professionals like you to provide these services. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to meet deadlines.

The typical inspection takes only 5-6 minutes to complete, and you will be expected to finish it within 4 days after assignment. You will also be responsible for taking 9+ photos of the property and providing a detailed report of the property's condition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting properties and verifying occupancy
  • Reporting on the general condition of the property
  • Providing photos and a detailed report
  • Meeting deadlines and managing time effectively

Requirements for the job include:

  • A computer with an internet connection
  • A reliable vehicle with good gas mileage
  • A smartphone (Android or iPhone)
  • A printer
  • A valid driver's license and passing a background check

This is a 1099 position, and rates vary based on county and volume. You can expect to earn between $20-$30 per hour, depending on the location and number of inspections completed.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on average hourly rate and hours worked per week.
