About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Icertis Implementation Specialist to join our team at Elevate. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will be responsible for driving the execution of Icertis product implementations for enterprise customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Execution: Drive the execution of Icertis product implementations for enterprise customers, adhering to the Icertis implementation methodology and within the agreed scope, schedule, and effort.
  • Conceptualization and Formulation: Conceptualize and formulate best-of-breed solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders, effectively addressing key implementation objectives.
  • Requirement Gathering and Design: Drive requirement gathering, functional design, and work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support across multiple engagements.
  • System Configuration and Deployment: Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
  • Internal Consulting Capability Building: Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group.
  • Product Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the Icertis product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Relevant experience of 7 years and above as per role and skills.
  • Enterprise Application Implementations: Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, and system configuration.
  • Technical Qualification: Technical qualification from a reputed university.
  • Certifications: ICI Practitioner, ICI Administrator, and ICI Functional Professional certifications.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is preferred. MBA would be an added advantage.
