  • Prepare engaging learning activities and materials that encourage exploration and discovery.
  • Collaborate with your co-teacher to implement the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom environment that promotes creativity and confidence.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each child's unique needs and learning style.
