Behavioral Therapist Wanted for Telehealth Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Senior Clinician in Behavioral Therapy. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:

This role involves providing behavioral consultation services to clients, families, and allied professionals through telehealth. You will manage a diverse caseload, provide support and instruction to families and caregivers, conduct descriptive behavioral assessments, and design effective behavior analytic interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral consultation services via telehealth
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients with complex behavioral needs
  • Support and instruct families and caregivers on managing challenging behavior
  • Conduct descriptive behavioral assessments to identify client needs
  • Design and implement effective behavior analytic interventions
  • Present treatment plans at regular caregiver meetings
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians on behavior intervention plans
  • Ensure ongoing quality assurance through treatment monitoring and reporting

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field, as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). You should also have two to three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and providing direct behavior analytic treatment in both English and Spanish.
