- Follow verbal and written instructions with precision and efficiency.
- Possess articulating equipment experience, with a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to last-minute changes in schedules, locations, and shift times.
- Transport materials to and from various sites as required.
- Be prepared for potential overtime and travel outside of the local area.
- Utilize loaders to stockpile materials, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials to the plant.
- Work at heights of up to 90 feet while adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oiling and servicing.
- Assist with additional tasks, such as backfilling trenches and excavations, as needed.
- Maintain compliance with PPE policies and ensure personal equipment is in good working condition.
- Show initiative by assisting in various roles to complete tasks efficiently.
- Possess the physical capability to operate loaders on uneven terrain and assist plant personnel in challenging weather conditions for extended periods.
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. using proper techniques.
- Engage in various physical activities, including climbing, stretching, lifting, and driving.
