About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our team at Jobot. As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting project managers and engineers with preparing construction documents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop 3D models and 2D details using Revit software
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create construction documents
- Help develop and maintain company standards and typical details
- 2-year Associate's Degree in Architectural/Engineering Technology or minimum 2 years' Revit modeling experience
- Current Revit expertise
- Experience producing construction documents consisting of plans, sections, smart schedules, and details in 2D and 3D
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Hourly pay with overtime
- Flexible weekly commitment (32 to 45 average hours per week)
