Job Description
Loueroir Engineering Associates, Inc. seeks a skilled Mechanical Crew Lead to join our team in Plainville, CT. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of 2-3 junior level technicians and be responsible for various tasks, including installation of metal and plastic piping for various applications, such as compressed air/gases, water, etc. Additionally, you will require proficiency in power tools and fabrication, as well as experience with air-operated and electric pumps.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Lead a team of 2-3 junior level technicians
  • Proficient in installing metal and plastic piping for all applications
  • Experience with power tools and fabrication
  • Experience with air-operated and electric pumps

Requirements
The following requirements are necessary for this position:
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Journeyman experience
  • Able to adhere to strict safety protocols
  • Ability to work for aerospace clients without restrictions
