About the Role
We are looking for an experienced baseball instructor who has played baseball at a higher level (college) and understands the essence of hitting and how to best navigate the high school and college pathways. You will work with our passionate client base to foster growth and mental tenacity while enhancing technical hitting mechanics, approach and mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with players and create a positive learning environment
- Develop and implement customized training plans to meet individual needs and goals
- Enhance technical hitting mechanics, approach, and mindset through hands-on instruction and feedback

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of coaching or instructional experience at a high school or college level
- Strong understanding of hitting mechanics and player development principles
