Job Overview

Phoenix Investors, a leading national commercial real estate firm, is seeking highly skilled Commercial Property Managers to oversee its expanding portfolio of industrial properties across 29 states. With over 78 million square feet under management, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of commercial property operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial property brokerage or management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing day-to-day building and facility operations. A proven track record of developing and maintaining positive tenant relationships, as well as overseeing accounts receivable collections and capital improvement projects, is essential for success in this role.

A competitive salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily building and facility operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Manage accounts receivable collections, including rent payments and late fees
  • Oversee capital improvement projects, prioritizing investments that enhance property value
  • Review operating expense reconciliations and estimates, identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and optimize costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, real estate, or construction management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property brokerage or management
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems, including elevators, chillers, and plumbing systems
  • Understanding of financial statements and reporting
