Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing Repair Orders as assigned.
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
  • Providing estimates for labor, time, and parts needed for repairs.
  • Delivering high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, adhering to Center and Factory standards.
  • Performing Quality Control inspections on repaired vehicles to verify completion of repairs.
  • Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork for repair services.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace while ensuring proper accounting for dealership and personal tools.
  • Engaging directly and effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.
  • Participating in ongoing training and educational programs to enhance expertise in advanced automotive technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills.
  • Experience as a Semi-Skilled Technician.
  • ASE certifications are preferred.
  • Possession of personal tools is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All candidates must perform duties safely and responsibly.
  • Must successfully pass drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle records checks.
