Job Description

The successful candidate will work as a Registered Nurse in a telehealth setting, providing expert care to patients on a 12-hour shift schedule. The job requires a strong foundation in cardiac telemetry and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery;
  2. Conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes;
  3. Utilizing advanced technology, such as Cerner charting systems, to document patient information and communicate with colleagues;
  4. Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to infection control practices, managing supplies, and optimizing workflows;

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess a valid ME license, at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, and specialized knowledge in cardiac telemetry. A completed travel assignment and certifications like BLS and ACLS are also required. While chest tubes and temp pacemakers are not mandatory, they are desirable skills for this position.
