Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at PARS Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our licensed Physical Therapists in delivering evidence-based treatments.
Job Summary:The Physical Therapy Assistant will work closely with our therapy team to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. You will be responsible for assisting with patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assist licensed Physical Therapists with patient evaluations and treatment plans
- Provide patient care services in the home setting, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals and needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
- PTA Certification for the state of TX
- CPR Certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
