Job Title: Janitorial Associate

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $14 - $21 per hour.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
  • Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
