We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at One Medical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult patients.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and education.
- Collaborate with our Virtual Medical Team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN license in New York (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience working with pediatric through adult patients in a primary care or urgent care setting.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in-office at any of our locations.
- A strong interest in using technology to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care.
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 to $48.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule.
