Physical Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in South Hamilton, Massachusetts.
About the Role:- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.
- Develop a plan of care that is patient and family focused and institutes standardized interventions for goal-oriented outcomes.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Apply standard treatment procedures and teach patients and caregivers as needed.
- One year of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapist.
- Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations.
