We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex professional procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients under the direction of a radiologist.
- Obtain high-quality scans, which are interpreted by a radiologist in the evaluation of disease or abnormality.
- Assist radiologists or other staff physicians in the performance of diagnostic CT procedures whenever required.
- Meet ARRT registry requirements and be CT registered.
- CPR certification is required.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to cope with stressful situations and handle deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced medical environment.
- Formal radiology technology training at an AMA-approved school.
- License by state if applicable.
- Ability to input and retrieve information from radiology or other medical equipment and computerized systems.
