Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Toolmaker to join our team at Jobot. As a Senior Toolmaker, you will be responsible for making precision components from various materials, including tooling, inspection gages, machine parts, jigs, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate manual saws, lathes, and milling machines.
  • Heat treat various materials.
  • Utilize CNC, PLC, automatic, and manual machinery to perform precision machining operations.
  • Inspect and measure components using various types of inspection gages and measuring equipment.
  • Design and build work holding jigs and fixtures.
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of equipment, workstations, and sections related to your trade specialty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of related vocational training preferred.
  • State Toolmaker certification or equivalent preferred.
