Demolition Laborer

As a Demolition Laborer at Perpetual Labor Sourcing, you will be an integral part of our construction team, responsible for executing various demolition tasks. Your role will involve physical labor, attention to safety protocols, and teamwork to ensure the successful completion of demolition projects.

• Perform manual demolition tasks such as dismantling structures, removing fixtures, and breaking down materials using hand tools and power equipment.
• Assist in preparing demolition sites by securing safety barriers, removing obstacles, and implementing safety measures.
• Safely handle and dispose of demolition debris, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery effectively and safely.
• Work closely with other demolition team members, contractors, and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Segregate and dispose of waste materials responsibly, following proper waste management practices.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in construction or demolition work is advantageous but not required. Willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Punctuality and dependability in fulfilling work assignments and responsibilities.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not mandatory.
