Overview of the LPN II Role

You will play a vital role in facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient.

As a LPN II, you will assist with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

You will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values, demonstrating accountability for the quality of your own nursing practice.

You will perform a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D (required)
  • Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
  • Basic Life Support (Required)
  • IV Therapy State IV Certification upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer

This role is part-time, with a focus on evening shifts.
