We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Ryder in Fairburn, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials within the warehouse.
  • Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, loading docks, and shipping areas.
  • Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to ensure accurate product levels.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping products, including verifying product quantities and inspecting products for damage.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay $19.50 per hour.
  • Additional pay: $1.50 per hour when working second shift.
