Estimating Administrative Assistant

This is a full-time clerical/administrative position that will assist our estimating department in the Neosho, Missouri office.
Key Responsibilities:- Order or download project plans and identify scopes of work from job specifications
- Coordinate potential subcontractor bids and follow up with phone calls
- Order bid bonds and required insurance as needed
- Monitor email inbox for bid correspondence and prepare bid forms
- Assist estimators on bid day and submit bids through online platforms
- Perform online and offline administrative filing and maintain bid calendar
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team member and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Focus on attention to detail
