Athletic Trainer

Job Summary:
The Athletic Trainer is responsible for providing athletic training services to student-athletes in the Central Dauphin School District. This includes providing preventative measures, standard immediate care procedures, clinical evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation/reconditioning of injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide athletic training services to student-athletes
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs
- Conduct clinical evaluations and provide treatment for injuries
- Collaborate with team physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Licensed in the state of employment as an Athletic Trainer
- Current BOC certification
- Current CPR certification
- PIAA Weight Assessor Certification (can be obtained after employment)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years experience preferred
- Entry-level graduates with BOC certification encouraged to apply
