About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our mission systems team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge airborne communications intelligence (COMINT) and electronic intelligence (ELINT) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your expertise in systems engineering to advance next-generation airborne COMINT and ELINT solutions.
  • Contribute to multi-discipline engineering project teams and lead real-world assignments.
  • Perform technical research, develop solutions, documentation, and presentations, and lead concept demonstrations and contribute to bid and proposal activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and 7 years experience, or 14 years experience without a degree.
  • EW/ESM/ELINT system development domain experience and engineering technical skills in areas like radar signal processing, RF receiver characteristics, direction of arrival measurements, and EW/ELINT PED operations.
