Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of warehouse associates to complete daily department tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and store all product in designated locations.
    • Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
    • Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Participate in all inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance
    • Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
  • General Warehouse Operations
    • Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
    • Stage deliveries.
    • Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers; transport materials to disposal area; recycle materials.
    • Clean and sanitize product per Company standard operating procedure.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1+ Years general work experience preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work.
    • Knowledge of general warehouse operations.
    • Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection.
Working Conditions

The Warehouse Operations Lead will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting and moving up to 100 pounds or more. The position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and usage of hands and fingers. The ability to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally is also required.
