Key Responsibilities

  • Install, monitor, and maintain all electrical and electronic control systems, ensuring optimal performance of process equipment and utilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to electrical performance and power supply
  • Maintain and operate various electromechanical systems, including motors and control interfaces
  • Source and manage inventory of supplies and spare parts for efficient maintenance
  • Update and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and schematics
  • Conduct troubleshooting for Medium/High Voltage equipment in an industrial setting
  • Uphold attendance and work quality standards while adapting to business needs
  • Engage in safety programs and promote a culture of safety within the organization
  • Adhere to safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries, including proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Understand and execute startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Qualifications Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Proficient in industrial electrical repairs, including troubleshooting A/C and D/C drives
  • Must possess personal basic electrical hand tools
  • Extensive experience with electrical control systems and circuit maintenance
  • Familiarity with PLCs and digital logic systems
  • Training or experience in sensor calibration
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic components
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends
  • Capability to work in challenging environments with physical demands
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma or GED is essential
  • Completion of a recognized program in instrumentation, electronics, or mechatronics is preferred
